Terms & Conditions

1/ Quote valid 14 days.
2/ 50% to be paid before work can commence.Then 25% progress payment due installation booked, final 25% due day of complete install.
3/ Square Windows: All blinds & curtains designed to be square & no responsibility can be taken for 'out of square' windows & doors.
4/ Variations in Colour: Fabric colours & weaves & colourings may vary slightly from samples.

5/ Window Treatments: Clients responsible for removal of any existing window treatments. An additional charge may apply in an install removes existing window treatments.
6/ All goods remain the property of 'Imagine A New Interior' until such time of payment has been made in full. Imagine A new Interior reserves the right to remove any or all products if payment has not been received.
7/ Cancellations: The order is binding contract between the parties subject to clause 2. Once the order has been entered production the order cannot be cancelled in case of cancellation of orders, Imagine A New Interior has the right to grant or refuse cancellations at their discretion.
8/Delivery/Installation dates: Delivery or installation dates specified by Imagine A New Interior are approximated & based on estimates as accurate as possible in light of the limiting conditions, such as the availability of fabrics, parts, & labour & weather conditions. Unless agreed in writing, Imagine A New Interior is not held accountable to the customer for any consequences or failure to effect delivery or installations by specified date.
9/ Denied access for installation: Should customer deny access to the site for the purpose of installation.A/ the account becomes payable in full within 7 days. B/Once paid Imagine A New Interior can on request store the goods at no cost
to the customer for maximum 6 weeks.
10/ Debt collection Agency: In the event of this account being placed in a debt collection agency for formal demand, all fees & disbursements shall be a debt due & owing by the customer.
11/Alterations: In case of alterations to orders, request for alterations must be passed onto Imagine A New interior in writing, Imagine A New Interior is then at its discretion entitled to accept or reject particular requests.
12/Repossession of goods: If Imagine A New Interior does not receive the due payment in full, the customer hereby grants Imagine A New Interior or (where necessary) agrees to contractors for Imagine A New Interior full & free license & power to enter the site of the installed goods & repossess & remove them.
13 Conditions of warranty: Imagine A New Interior offers a warranty on all its items, Provided the product has not been subject to misuse or neglect. Roller Blinds & vertical 2 years. Curtains 3 years. Plantation shutters warranty will depend on PVC or timber and noted on quotation at time of quote.
14/Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect all damaged, faulty goods prior to approving any warranty claims.
15/The orders are for custom made products. Imagine A New Interior must be given the opportunity to rectify any problems associated with orders.
16/By paying the 50% deposit you have acknowledged & agree to the quote & have read & agree to the above terms & conditions.
